- Claude-Projekt in thematische Threads («Säulen») gegliedert und dem Team gezeigt, wie es Claude füttert.

- Über 10 Säulen-Threads. Das Team arbeitet heute selbstständig mit Claude.

- A multi-generational village project with restaurant, workshops, association and partners. Ideas sat in separate chats that never connected.

Florian Witschi
Florian ist IT-Ingenieur (BSc ZHAW) und arbeitet in der Flugsicherung im IT Service Management. Er hat Führungskräfte zur KI-Transformation geschult, unter anderem im Maschinenbau und im Dienstleistungssektor, und viele Automatisierungen gebaut, von Rechnungen bis Outreach. Am liebsten baut er Apps und zeigt dem Team gleich, wie sie funktionieren. Dazu bringt er Erfahrung aus der Versicherungsberatung mit.
Florian is an IT engineer (BSc ZHAW) working in IT service management for air navigation services. He has trained executives on AI transformation, including in mechanical engineering and services, and built many automations, from invoices to outreach. He likes building apps most, and shows the team right away how they work. He also brings experience from insurance advisory.
